FIRST BOOT of an MPU/driver board occurred on 12 June 2019!

June 12, 2019 Great news - I installed the latest prototype in a Flash machine and ... SUCCESSFUL GAME BOOT!  If you watched my seminar at the Northwest show, this is another one of those "innovation moments".  If you missed my seminar you can see a replay at twitch.tv at this link:  https://www.twitch.tv/videos/432704564 .  My seminar begins at the 1 hour, 30 minute mark.

May 30, 2019 Well, the third prototype had some assembly issues so I had to order another set of prototype boards. When they arrived I was short of the male connector - bummer. They arrived late last week but I've been preoccupied getting ready for the Northwest Pinball show in Tacoma! Today I built out an example set of the next prototype to have in my vendor booth at the show; when I return home I will be able to move forward with electrical testing of this revision.

Mar 31, 2019 TPF attendees - thank you for the interest and the candid feedback on the prototype! As I mentioned at the show, I already had another prototype version on order. Circuit boards and most of the parts have arrived for this third prototype version of the 40 Pin Fix.

Mar 17, 2019 I am currently testing and will soon be releasing a new solution to fix the 40 pin connector in classic Williams system 3 through system 7 games. If you picked up one of the above cards at either the Texas, Allentown, or Northwest pinball shows this spring, congratulations on being one of the first to know about my project.
